Appliance Repair in Los Angeles

My freezer wasn't cooling today, and everything was melting in the freezer. The compressor wasn't working, and the fan in the freezer was blowing loud but not blowing cold air. I called AM PM Appliance Repair around 12:30pm. The dispatcher couldn't quote me a price. They said the technician would need to see what the problem was to tell me how much it would cost. The dispatcher did say there would be a minimum of $38 service charge for the technician to come out. He gave me a 1-4pm waiting window. At 1pm the technician Mike came out. He was very polite and professional. He checked the compressor and the control board. Unfortunately the control board had to be replaced, which would be expensive. The price I think was kind of steep, (I paid about $350 including the new control board $175+tax and labor $154). However, the service was good, and everything was fixed in about an hour. Mike also vacuumed the compressor for me.

My fridge was not working. The repair man (Mike) came in at the promised time. He was VERY professional and polite. Within minutes he was able to tell me what the problem was. He gave me the option of repair vs. Buying a new refrigerator and his professional take on it. I really appreciate the fact that he was honest...it was like having a repair man in the family! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help, he even called me afterwards to give me more helpful information...Highly recommended.

We needed a repair on a very old sub zero freezer. When I called they were able to have a repair person there within the day. He was on time, was clearly knowledgable and worked efficiently. I was very pleasantly surprised, especiallty given the age of the unit.

A repair-guy came out from Pasadena to my office in Alhambra. I called around noon-time. He came at 1pm and he just left now @ 2:12pm. He made a few repairs to my freezer. (Fridge working but freezer not freezing.) He was quick and knew what was wrong after a short time. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He kept updating me on the status on his progress during the repair. He cleaned our refrigerator coils with his own equipment and came prepared with all his gear for the repair(s).
My boss is happy with the quick repairs and we can now enjoy our repaired office refrigerator/freezer.We recommend for quick, fast, friendly, and efficient service.
